Wir suchen für einen unserer Spitalkunden eine/n versierten

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann mit Zusatzfunktion Berufsbildung in der Orthopädie 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sowohl kompetente als auch individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung unserer Patienten unter Berücksichtigung unseres Pflegeleitbildes
  • Selbstständige Umsetzung der vom Arzt verordneten diagnostischen wie auch therapeutischen Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachangestellten Gesundheit
  • Notfallsituationen erkennen und beherrschen sowie einleiten von adäquaten Massnahmen bis zum Eintreffen des Arztes
  • Einführung und Betreuung von neuen Mitarbeitenden, Lernenden sowie Studierenden

Zu Ihrer Zusatzfunktion als Berufsbildner/-in übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Kompetente Begleitung sowie Unterstützung der HF Studierenden Pflege sowie der Lernenden Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit fachlich wie auch pädagogisch während ihrer praktischen Ausbildung
  • Professionelle Umsetzung des Bildungsauftrages auf der Abteilung gemäss Ausbildungskonzept

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Akutspital sowie Erfahrung im Fachgebiet Urologie/Orthopädie
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Berufsbildner/-in oder bereit, diese zu absolvieren
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
