Deine Aufgaben

  • Du pflegst und betreust Kinder und Jugendliche sowie deren Familien, welche durch die Folgen einer angeborenen oder erworbenen Krankheit oder nach einem Unfall einer intensiven stationären Rehabilitation bedürfen.
  • Du gestaltest die Bezugspflege in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Angehörigen auf Grundlage des Pflegeprozesses.
  • Die Einhaltung und Entwicklung der Qualitätsstandards begleiten dich auf Schritt und Tritt.
  • Du begleitest Studierende Pflege HF/FH und Lernende FaGe.

Dein Profil

  • Diplom in Pflege HF/FH
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familien
  • Aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Teamfähig und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Flexibel, engagiert und entscheidungsfreudig

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 77'000 und 97'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
