Unsere Rehaklinik Sonnmatt in Luzern verbindet medizinische Rehabilitation in den Bereichen Neurologie und Muskuloskelettal mit einem erstklassigen Hotelambiente in schönster Aussichtslage. Unsere Patientinnen und Patienten profitieren stationär wie auch ambulant von einer persönlichen, ganzheitlichen Betreuung durch ein erfahrenes, interdisziplinäres Team – mit maximalem Komfort und hoher therapeutischer Qualität.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Patientenorientiert Betreuung: Pflege und betreue unsere Patientinnen und Patienten während der Rehabilitation mit fachgerechter Grund\- und Behandlungspflege in der Nacht
  • Förderung: Unterstütze, motiviere und unterstütze die Patientinnen und Patienten im Umgang mit ihren Erkrankungen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Bringe dich aktiv in die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit ein und übernehme Verantwortung
  • Dokumentation: Stelle eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Behandlungsabläufe im KIS sicher
  • Vielfältigkeit: Kontrolliere und richte die Medikamente nach ärztlicher Vorgabe und übernehme weitere stationsrelevante Tätigkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mindestens einem positiven SRK\-PreCheck
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine empathische und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Freude und Engagement ihren Beruf ausübt. Dabei zeichnest du dich durch Innovationsgeist, professionelle Kommunikation und eine qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus
