Pflegefachmann (Nachtwache) Für unsere Residenz Spirgarten in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Pflegefachfrau / einen Pflegefachmann HF (Nachtwache) 80\-100%. Die Residenz Spirgarten ist eine Residenz der Atlas Stiftung. Sie wurde nach den Plänen von Miller \& Maranta erbaut. Die Residenz ist mitten in Zürich\-Altstetten gelegen direkt beim Lindenplatz. Sie verfügt über 68 Wohnungen und eine Pflegeabteilung mit 18 Einzelzimmern. Ihr Aufgabenbereich Mitverantwortung für eine bedarfs\- und situationsgerechte Pflege und Betreuung Erfassen der Bedürfnisse der zugeteilten Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und Planung der Ressourcen für deren Pflege und Betreuung Information, Anleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und Bezugspersonen Dokumentation der Pflege\- und Betreuungsleistungen, Erfassung von Leistungen und Materialien sowie Ausführung der ärztlichen Verordnungen Verantwortung für richtiges Handeln in Notfallsituationen Wir bieten Ihnen Interessantes und dynamisches Wirkungsfeld Lebhafte Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen Zentral gelegener, attraktiver Arbeitsplatz Sie bringen mit Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit Weiterbildungen in diesem Fachbereich (von Vorteil) Hohe Professionalität im Pflegealltag bei der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Mitmenschen Begleitung, Motivation und Unterstützung unserer Lernenden Sie verfügen über Lebenserfahrung, gute Umgangsformen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsdenken.
