Als grösstes medizinisches Netzwerk der Schweiz setzen wir mit unseren Kliniken, ambulanten Operationszentren und Notfallstationen Standards. Erstklassige medizinische Qualität und das Wohl des Menschen stehen für uns im Mittelpunkt.

Der Standort Klinik Im Park betreibt eine Dialysestation mit 12 Behandlungsplätzen, der Standort Klinik Hirslanden mit 8 Behandlungsplätzen. An beiden Standorten sind Dialysebehandlungen für ambulante Patienten aller Versicherungsklassen möglich. Stationäre Patienten werden sowohl in der Klinik Im Park wie auch in der Klinik Hirslanden dialysiert.

Für den Standort Hirslanden Klinik Im Park suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson Dialyse, welche das bestehende Dialyse-Team tatkräftig unterstützt

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Gewährleistung einer patientenorientierten Pflege gemäss den Qualitätsstandards unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Ziele * Selbstständige Ausführung der vom Arzt verordneten diagnostischen, therapeutischen und prophylaktischen Massnahmen * Verantwortlich für technisch und hygienisch einwandfreie Shuntpunktionen sowie die kontinuierliche Überwachung der Patienten * Durchführung und Betreuung von Dialysen internationaler Patienten * Pikettdienste an Wochenenden

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF / FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen * 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse mit aussagekräftigem Leistungsausweis * Erfahrung in der praktischen Peritonealdialyse * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
