Die Spitexdienste Laupen sind eine Non\-Profit\-Organisation mit öffentlichem Auftrag. Das Einzugsgebiet umfasst die Gemeinden Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü und Wileroltigen mit knapp 10'000 Einwohnern. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n aufgestellte/n und motivierte/n Pflegefachperson. Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/dipl. Pflegefachmann FH/HF (80 \- 100%) Deine Aufgaben Unser zentraler Ausgangspunkt zu den Klienten ist im Betagtenzentrum Laupen. Von hier aus starten wir mit dem eigenen oder dem Spitex\-Auto auf unsere Touren. Du führst Bedarfsabklärungen direkt bei unseren Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause durch – digital und unkompliziert mit dem Tablet Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess und stellst eine fachgerechte Grund\- und Behandlungspflege sicher Du arbeitest in der Tagesverantwortung (06:30–16:00 Uhr) oder im Spätdienst (13:30–23:00 Uhr) und gestaltest den Pflegealltag aktiv mit Als kompetente Ansprechperson stehst du unseren Klientinnen und Klienten, ihren Angehörigen sowie deinem Team mit Rat und Tat zur Seite Was du idealerweise mitbringst Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung – idealerweise im Spitex\-Bereich Freude daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben Kenntnisse in ASEBIS sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss Du arbeitest sicher mit PC, Tablet und digitalen Pflegedokumentationen Du handelst selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick Einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B; ein eigenes Auto ist von Vorteil Das erwartet dich Ein herzliches, engagiertes Team, das dich sorgfältig einarbeitet und im Arbeitsalltag tatkräftig unterstützt Eine wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur und eine offene Kommunikation Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen sowie zeitgemässe Sozialleistungen Ein umfassendes Gesamtpaket mit vielfältigen Vorteilen für die Mitarbeitenden der Spitexdienste Laupen Diverse Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie attraktive Weiterbildungsangebote jpid399e127jm jit0937jm jiy26jm
