aarReha Schinznach ist eine führende Institution im Bereich Rehabilitation. Sie führt je ein Zentrum in Schinznach, Zofingen und Windisch. Aktuell beschäftigt das Unternehmen rund 410 Mitarbeitende.

Das Zentrum in Schinznach, ausgerichtet auf muskuloskelettale, geriatrische und internistische Rehabilitation, bietet stationäre wie ambulante Leistungen an. Rund 123 Betten stehen den Patientinnen und Patienten in allen Versichertenklassen zur Verfügung.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann mit Zusatzfunktion als Berufsbildner/in, Schwerpunkt INT

Pensum

80 % \- 100 %, Anteil Berufsbildung 20 %

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

+ Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von internistischen Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen Krankheitsbildern + Verantwortlich für diagnostische, therapeutische und präventive pflegetechnische Massnahmen + Selbstständige Planung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Anpassung des Pflegeprozesses + Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam + Selbstständiges Arbeiten als Gruppenverantwortliche/er + Teilnahme an Sitzungen

Ihre Aufgaben als Berufsbildner/in:

+ Begleiten und Fördern von Auszubildenden unterschiedlicher Stufen (HF, FaGe \+ AGS) gemäss Bildungsvorgaben und Ausbildungskonzept + Regelmässiger fachlicher Austausch bezüglich des Bildungsstandes der ihr zugeteilten Auszubildenden mit der Stationsleitung und dem ganzen Team + Durchführung von Standortgesprächen + Durchführung von Kompetenznachweisen bei den Auszubildenden sowie Abnahme von Fachgesprächen bei den Studierenden HF

Sie überzeugen uns mit diesem Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Rehabilitationspflege oder Akut\-Spital, bevorzugt im internistischen Bereich
  • Gute und erprobte Kenntnisse in der Medizinaltechnik
  • Erfahrung im Begleiten von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung SVEB 1 oder zeitnahes Absolvieren dessen
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im interdisziplinären Behandlungsprozess
  • Bei ausländischen Diplomen ist eine SRK\-Anerkennung erforderlich
