Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann - Visit - Spital Zollikerberg Zuhause

Wenn auch Sie den Unterschied im Leben von Menschen machen möchten, sind das Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Betreuung von somatisch akut Erkrankten auf der Notfallstation und anschliessend zu Hause in ihrem privaten Umfeld
  • Klinische Einschätzung der Situation vor Ort sowie Beratung in Fragen der Gesundheitsförderung
  • Selbständiges Ausführen des pflegerischen Prozesses auch in Situationen von raschen Veränderungen
  • Installation und Instruktion von telemedizinischen Geräten
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Unterstützung auf weiteren Stationen innerhalb des Departements bei Bedarf

Mit «Visit - Spital Zollikerberg Zuhause» bringen wir die medizinische Versorgung zu unseren Patientinnen und Patienten nach Hause. Das Angebot wird von der Klinik für Innere Medizin mit Weiterbildungsstatus A geführt und verbindet die medizinische Kompetenz des Spitals mit einer Behandlung im vertrauten häuslichen Umfeld.
