**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten * Umsetzung der ärztlichen Verordnungen und Mitwirken bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen * Erkennung und Beherrschung von Notfallsituationen sowie Einleitung adäquater Massnahmen * Förderung und Begleitung von Lernenden der beruflichen Grund- und/oder Weiterbildung, entsprechend der curricularen Vorgaben, Lehrplänen sowie interner Bildungskonzepte und Standards * Beratung von den Tagesbezugspersonen * Umsetzung der Vorgaben aus dem Bereich Bildung und der Bereichsleitung Pflege * Teilnahme an Qualifikationsverfahren (z. B. Prüfungen, Lerndokumentation, Leistungsbeurteilungen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/ Dipl. Pflegefachmann (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) * Berufspädagogische Weiterbildung auf Niveau Berufsbildnerkurs (EFZ/ EBA Berufe) **und/oder** SVEB I Praxisausbildner (Tertiär-Stufe) * **und/oder** * Berufserfahrung in der Herz- und Gefässchirurgie von Vorteil
