Ihre Aufgaben: #####

  • Tätigkeit auf einer offenen akutpsychiatrischen Station mit dem Schwerpunkt Psychosespektrum
  • Individuelle Mitgestaltung des akutpsychiatrischen Settings
  • Unterstützung in der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses im multidisziplinären Team
  • Aktive Teilnahme an der Umsetzung von neuen stationären Projekten
  • Aktive Begleitung in Alltags- und Beziehungsgestaltung nach Safewards Konzept
  • Übernahme von Bezugspersonenarbeit beziehungsweise Arbeiten im Kernbehandlungsteam

Ihr Profil: #####

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF oder Anerkennung bei Ausländischen Ausbildung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Selbstmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Offenes, humorvolles und herzliches Erscheinungsbild
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Recovery-orientierte Haltung
  • Im Optimalfall bereits eine Weiterbildung im Aggressionsmanagement oder Bereitschaft diesen Kurs zu machen
