Unser Auftraggeber ist ein Seniorenzentrum in der Schweiz, das sich der professionellen Betreuung und Pflege älterer Menschen widmet. Mit einem engagierten, multiprofessionellen Team bietet die Einrichtung ein Umfeld, in dem die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Mittelpunkt stehen. Zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/DN2 (60-100 %). Deine Aufgaben

- Wahrnehmung von Tagesverantwortlichkeiten entsprechend definierter Kompetenzen

- Gewährleistung bedarfsgerechter Betreuung in Absprache mit interdisziplinären Teams

- Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung im zugeteilten Kompetenzbereich

- Sicherstellung pflegerischer Versorgung im Wohnbereich der Bewohner

- Koordination organisatorischer Abläufe innerhalb des zuständigen Bereichs

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Pflege mit anerkanntem Diplom erforderlich - Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Langzeitbetreuung von Vorteil - Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 in Sprache und Schrift - Serviceorientierung gegenüber verschiedenen Personengruppen und Stakeholdern - Herzlicher Umgang mit betreuungsbedürftigen älteren Menschen - Offenheit für interkulturelle Begegnungen und respektvolle Haltung - Teamorientierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise mit hoher Motivation
