The posting

Das Alterszentrum Aaheim ist eine Institution der Gemeinde Aadorf. In vier Wohngruppen - eine davon als geschützter Wohnbereich für Menschen mit Demenz - leben insgesamt 86 betagte Menschen. Wir legen grossen Wert auf die Achtung der individuellen Persönlichkeit, der Lebenserfahrung und der Fähigkeiten unserer Bewohnenden. Im Alterszentrum Aaheim arbeiten gut 120 Personen. Zur Institution gehören auch 24 Alterswohnungen.

Wir sind ein Lehrbetrieb unter anderem für die Ausbildungen Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe), und Assistentin/Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS). Wir arbeiten im Bezugspflegesystem, mit der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation easyDOK und dem Bedarfsabklärungs-Instrument RAI-NH.

Per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte/n Mitarbeitende/n in der Funktion als

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann 80 - 100 % als Stellvertretung Wohngruppenleitung

Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die anspruchsvolle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner einer Wohngruppe und vertreten bei Abwesenheit die Teamleiterin.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Bedarfs- und bedürfnisgerechte Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Steuerung des Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarfs mittels Pflegeprozess (easyDOK, RAI-NH)
  • Vertretung der Teamleiterin
  • Schicht- und Hausverantwortung
  • Begleitung der Lernenden bei der Erreichung ihrer Lernziele

Ihr Profil

  • Diplomabschluss Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF, FH, DN1, DN2, AKP
  • Freude an der Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Affinität zur Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Aufgaben
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung im Langzeitbereich erwünscht
