Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven ##

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit nicht-invasiver Beatmung, wie auch invasive Beatmung am Tracheostoma auf einer 24 Bettenstation
  • Durchführung und Mitgestaltung von pflegerischen Interventionen im Bereich der Beatmungspflege
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Atmungstherapie, Medizin, Physiotherapie und weiteren Berufsgruppen
  • Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität im Beatmungsbereich
  • Anleitung und Beratung von Patientinnen und Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst ##

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Beatmungspflege von Vorteil oder Motivation sich im Spezialgebiet Beatmung weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereiches
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Interesse an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten
