- Selbstständige Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in der Akut-, Langzeit- oder Spitexpflege als Pflegefachmann /-frau

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachkräften zur bestmöglichen Patientenversorgung

- Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Pflegeplanung nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann FH oder Bachelor of Science in Pflege, damit du als Pflegefachmann /-frau erfolgreich bist

- Berufserfahrung in Akutpflege, Langzeitpflege oder Spitex von Vorteil

- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, analytische Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist

- Interesse an evidenzbasierter Pflege und kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
