Das Alterszentrum Baumgarten AG liegt im Herzen von Bettlach und bietet 67 pflege- und betreuungsbedürftigen Menschen aus Bettlach, Selzach und Umgebung ein Zuhause. In Bettlach runden Spitex-Dienstleistungen unser Angebot ab. Rund 120 engagierte Mitarbeitende gewährleisten mit fachlicher Kompetenz und persönlichem Einsatz eine professionelle Pflege sowie einen respektvollen und individuellen Umgang - für eine hohe Lebensqualität im Alter. 

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (50 - 100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte, den Bewohnenden angepasste ganzheitliche Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses und RAI-Einstufung
  • Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden in komplexen Situationen
  • Kontakt zu Angehörigen und Bezugspersonen
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung
  • Konstruktive und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Unterstützung unserer Lernenden, idealerweise als BerufsbildnerIn

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF oder gleichwertig
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Qualitätsbewusstes, selbständiges Denken und Handeln
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Positive Einstellung gegenüber Neuem
  • RAI -Kenntnisse erwünscht oder Bereitschaft für Kursbesuch
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
