Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF 80-100% gesucht – suchst du eine neue Herausforderung in der Pflegebranche? Unser Personalbüro für Pflege in Basel vermittelt Fachkräfte in offene Stellen für Pflege in Basel, sei es in Spitälern, Langzeitpflegeeinrichtungen oder in der Spitex.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in Akut-, Langzeit- oder Spitexpflege

- Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen wie Medikamentengabe, Infusionstherapie und Wundversorgung

- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Pflegepersonal zur bestmöglichen Patientenversorgung

- Dokumentation und Analyse von Pflegeprozessen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität

- Schulung und Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen zur Verbesserung des Gesundheitsmanagements

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF

- Berufserfahrung in Akutpflege, Langzeitpflege oder Spitex von Vorteil

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Einfühlungsvermögen

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
