Während die Senevita Standorte für selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen und umfassende Pflege stehen, ist Senevita Casa die schweizweit führende Anbieterin privater Spitex\-Leistungen. Für die Senevita Giesserei in Arbon suchen wir per 01\. September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e/n Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/ \-mann HF 80%. Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF 80% Deine Aufgaben Tägliche Pflege und Betreuung am Tag und bei Bedarf in der Nacht: Du gewährleistest eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege, damit sich unsere Bewohner tagsüber sowie nachts rundm gut betreut fühlen. Förderung der Autonomie: Durch die Durchführung von RAI\-Assessments trägst du aktiv dazu bei, die Selbstständigkeit unserer Bewohner zu fördern und zu erhalten. Notfallmanagement: Du erkennst Notfallsituationen frühzeitg und leitest souverän die notwendigen Massnahmen ein. Kinästhetische Pflege: Du wendest bei der Pflege unserer Bewohner aktiv den kinästhetischen Ansatz an, um ihre Bewegungsfähigkeit zu unterstützen. Pflegedokumentation: Du führst die elektronische Pflegedokumentation selbstständig, sorgfältig und lückenlos. Das bringst du mit Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF, AKP, DNII, DNI oder PsyKP. Berufserfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der stationären Langzeitpflege sowie im Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz mit. Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in der Anwendung in Wort und Schrift. RAI\-Kenntnisse: Idealerweise besitzt du bereits Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von RAI, insbesondere bei der Einstufung von Demenzpatienten. Organisationsfähigkeit: Du zeichnest dich durch dein Organisationstalent und deine Fähigkeit aus, den Arbeitsalltag effizeint und strukturiert zu gestalten.
