Das Temporärbüro MediPersonal ist auf die Vermittlung von Fachkräften in der Medizinbranche spezialisiert und verbindet Gesundheitsinstitutionen mit qualifiziertem Personal.

Die Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1 ist eine qualifizierte Pflegefachperson mit einer fundierten Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege. Die DN1-Ausbildung war ein anerkanntes Diplom, das Pflegekräfte auf anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in der stationären und ambulanten Pflege vorbereitete. Pflegefachpersonen mit diesem Abschluss sind heute weiterhin sehr gefragt und bringen wertvolle Erfahrung in die Patientenversorgung ein.

Deine Aufgaben als Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1 umfassen:

- Eigenständige Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in der Akut-, Langzeit- oder Spitexpflege

- Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands und Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen wie Infusionstherapie, Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung und Notfallmanagement als Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1

- Förderung der Mobilität und Unterstützung der Patienten bei der Wiederherstellung ihrer Selbstständigkeit

- Beratung und Schulung von Angehörigen zur besseren Unterstützung der Patienten im Alltag

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Ärzten, Therapeuten und anderen Pflegekräften zur Sicherstellung einer bestmöglichen Versorgung

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Pflegeplanung durch die Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1

- Erfahrung in Akutpflege, Langzeitpflege oder Spitex von Vorteil, besonders für eine Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Empathie für Patienten

- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
