Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Tageweise Einsätze planst du selber und bestimmst wann und wo du arbeiten willst
  • Bei temporären Einsätzen (80-100%) arbeitest du in allen vom Einsatzort geplanten Schichten
  • Du stellst eine fachgerechte Pflege, Betreuung oder Behandlung entsprechend deiner Funktion und Kompetenz sicher
  • Du arbeitest interprofessionell mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen zusammen

Dein Profil ##

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertig mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Du hast Beruferfahrung in der hochspezialisieten Medizin (HSM) in Zentrumsspitälern
  • Du verfügst über ein fundiertes, aktuelles Fachwissen und setzt Pflegeprozesse sicher und professionell um
  • Du bist flexibel, teamfähig und belastbar
  • Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in unterschiedlichen Teams
