Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bedarfs- und kundenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung der Patient\*innen gemäss Pflegeprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnerärzten sowie einem interprofessionellen Team
  • Kompetente und individuelle Pflege der Patient\*innen unter Berücksichtigung des Pflegeleitbildes sowie selbstständige Umsetzung der ärztlich verordneten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die korrekte Patientendokumentation sowie Informationsweitergabe im zugeteilten Aufgabenbereich
  • Einführung und Betreuung von neuen Mitarbeitenden, Lernenden sowie Studierenden

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bei ausländischem Abschluss
  • Erfahrung im chirurgischen Fachbereich von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
