Hier betreuen wir privat- und halbprivatversicherte Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und individuellen Bedürfnissen. Im Früh- und Spätdienst arbeitest du in der Patienteneinheit im Tandem mit Fachpersonen Gesundheit sowie Lernenden und Studierenden. Gemeinsam gestaltet ihr eine professionelle, qualitativ hochwertige und patientenzentrierte Pflege. Dabei stehen die individuellen Bedürfnisse, Ressourcen und Werte unserer Patient:innen im Mittelpunkt. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist vielfältig: Einen grossen Teil deiner Tätigkeit bildet die Betreuung und Pflege von Patient:innen aus der Inneren Medizin. Du versorgst Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und pflegerischen Bedürfnissen und kannst dabei deine Fachkompetenz in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld einsetzen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt unserer Station ist die akutgeriatrische Rehabilitation. Du begleitest ältere Menschen nach einer akuten Erkrankung oder gesundheitlichen Krise auf ihrem Weg zurück zu mehr Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität. Gemeinsam mit den Patient:innen und dem interdisziplinären Team arbeitest du daran, vorhandene Ressourcen zu fördern, Fortschritte sichtbar zu machen und die Rückkehr in den Alltag bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Digitale Hilfsmittel unterstützen dich in deinem Arbeitsalltag: Die elektronische Pflegedokumentation Phönix, das elektronische Medikamentendistributionssystem Phyxis und das Identifikationssystem Idef-IS helfen dir dabei, deine Aufgaben sicher und effizient zu gestalten. Du wirst Teil eines engagierten interdisziplinären Teams, in dem verschiedene Berufsgruppen eng zusammenarbeiten. Unterstützt wirst du zusätzlich durch unsere Coaches und den Room-Service. Eintritt per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung

  • Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / -mann HF oder FH
  • Idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Akutpflege
  • Flexibel, teamfähig und hilfsbereit
  • Selbständig, verantwortungsbewusst, qualitätsbewusst
  • Service- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Rasches Auffassungsvermögen
