Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven ##

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Patientinnen und Patienten der Stroke Unit
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung einer fachkompetenten Betreuung und Pflege unter Berücksichtigung moderner Pflege- und Behandlungskonzepte sowie Pflegestandards
  • Unterstützung der Pflegefachpersonen in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen und in der Umsetzung von übergeordneten Konzepten und Standards auf der Station
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Zusammenarbeit im MBF-Dreieck (Management - Bildung - Fachentwicklung) sowie Weitergabe von Fachwissen und Erfahrung
  • Verantwortlich für Qualitätsarbeiten auf der Station und Gewährleistung einer hohen Dienstleistungsqualität durch Einsatz in allen drei Schichten

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FH/HF mit mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
  • Persönliche Motivation und Freude, die patientenorientierte fachkompetente Pflege auf der Station weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Engagement für eine konstruktive und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
