The posting

Engagierte Persönlichkeit für unser vielfältiges Team mit unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen und kulturellen Hintergründen, in dem wir einen humorvollen, respektvollen sowie wertschätzenden Umgang miteinander pflegen.

Auf unserer Station betreuen wir 32 neurologische Patientinnen und Patienten in Zweibettzimmern. Die Organisation erfolgt in zwei Bereiche, die jeweils von interprofessionellen Teams mit unterschiedlichen Qualifikationen geführt werden.

 

Unsere Patientinnen und Patienten benötigen aufgrund ihrer Erkrankungen häufig umfassende Unterstützung im Alltag. Wir gewährleisten eine fachlich kompetente, empathische und respektvolle Pflege nach anerkannten Konzepten wie Bobath, Kinästhetik und F.O.T.T.

Ein vielseitiges Aufgabenspektrum aus Grund- und Behandlungspflege erfordert Fachkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Eine offene und konstruktive Fehlerkultur ist für uns ebenso selbstverständlich wie die enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, die eine ganzheitliche Betreuung sicherstellt.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Patientenorientierte Betreuung: Du hilfst unseren Patientinnen und Patienten, den Weg zurück in ein selbstständiges Leben zu finden. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf den Heilungs- und Behandlungsverlauf
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen trägst du massgeblich zur ganzheitlichen Behandlung und Rehabilitation bei
  • Vielfalt: Du kannst dich auf abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben freuen. Flexibilität und Lernmöglichkeiten ergeben sich durch die vielfältigen Krankengeschichten unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Anerkennung als Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau /Pflegefachmann oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mindestens einem positiven SRK-PreCheck
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Pflegesituationen und Medizinaltechnik mit
  • Engagement: Du bist engagiert in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung, Sozialkompetenz und Teamorientierung. Zudem zeichnen dich Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit sowie ein kompetentes und gepflegtes Auftreten aus
