VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous êtes responsable d-un accompagnement professionnel, interdisciplinaire et fondé sur des preuves des patientes et patients
  • Vos principales tâches comprennent la participation aux mesures préventives, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques ainsi que la mise en œuvre des prescriptions médicales
  • Chez nous, vous assumez beaucoup de responsabilités personnelles et d-autonomie dans la prise de décisions cliniques

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation d-infirmière diplômée / infirmier diplômé HF
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en tant qu-infirmière diplômée, de préférence en milieu hospitalier aigu
  • Compétences approfondies en éducation des patients, conduite d-entretien ainsi qu-en prise de décision clinique
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand ainsi qu-aisance avec l-ordinateur
  • Votre personnalité dynamique et votre attitude respectueuse envers les patientes et patients, les proches et les collaborateurs complètent votre profil
