DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Übernahme und Durchführung einer qualitativ hochstehenden Pflege der Patientinnen und Patienten unter Berücksichtigung unseres Pflegeleitbildes
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Wahrnehmung und Beurteilung von Pflegesituationen, eine adäquate Reaktion in Akutsituationen sowie die sorgfältige Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Du führst eine lückenlose und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation (Pflegeplanung & -prozess)
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Projekten, Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung und der Fachverantwortlichen Pflege in der Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team und Austausch mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen/Abteilungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Betreuung von Lernenden

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, von Vorteil konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Akutspital sammeln
  • Freude am Anleiten und begleiten von Lernenden/Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und eine saubere sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt
  • Du bist flexibel und bist dir unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetrieb gewohnt 
  • Du bist teamfähig, dein Wissensdrang und deine eigenverantwortliche sowie empathische Persönlichkeit runden dein Profil ab
