Unser Fachspital für Sozialmedizin und Abhängigkeitserkrankungen Sune\-Egge bietet stationäre und ambulante Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit kombinierten somatischen und psychiatrischen Erkrankungen. Für sie verfügen wir über 22 Akut\- und 20 Langzeitpflegebetten und arbeiten eng mit öffentlichen Spitälern, Ärzten, lokalen Fachstellen und Suchthilfeinstitutionen zusammen.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF (60–100%) – Nachtdienst

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachkompetente Pflege: Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.
  • Tagesverantwortung: Sie steuern den Pflegeprozess und behalten auch an intensiven Tagen den Überblick.
  • Pflegedokumentation: Sie erfassen den Pflegebedarf präzise (RAI\-Kenntnisse sind hierbei ein grosses Plus).
  • Bezugspflege: Sie sind feste Ansprechperson für Bewohner, Angehörige und Ärzte.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Diplom als Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF / DN II / AKP oder eine gleichwertige, EDK\-anerkannte Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Langzeitpflege.
  • Fachwissen: Idealerweise sind Sie bereits mit dem RAI\-System vertraut (kein Muss – wir arbeiten Sie gerne ein).
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind eine empathische, teamfähige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Humor.
  • Interesse am Umgang mit suchtkranken Menschen

Die Stiftung Sozialwerk Pfarrer (SWS) setzt sich auf der Basis des Evangeliums für Notleidende ein. Mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden und 250 Freiwilligen betreibt sie in Zürich und Umgebung mehrere Einrichtungen im Gesundheits\- und Sozialbereich und bietet insbesondere Hilfe bei Obdachlosigkeit, Suchtmittelabhängigkeit sowie sonstigen damit verbundenen gesundheitlichen und sozialen Problemen.
