Für das Haus Park Ramendingen in der Region Ostschweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII / Fachexperte Pflege für eine geriatrische Pflegeabteilung 60-100% 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Gäste im Sinne unseres Pflegeleitbildes und des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ausführen von behandlungspflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Planung und Begleitung von Arztvisiten
  • Elektronische Pflegedokumentation mittels Care-Coach
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben als Bezugsperson
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Leitung von Fallbesprechungen
  • Übernahme von der Tagesverantwortung
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben als Thementräger/in, fachliche Weisungsbefugnis

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII oder eine gleichwertige, durch das SRK anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und Spitex/Inhouse Spitex von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung als RAI-Koordinator/in erwünscht
  • Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung
  • Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
