  • Fachgerechte Pflege, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit hämatologischen, onkologischen und nephrologischen Krankheitsbildern sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Erheben, Beurteilen und Dokumentieren der Pflegeanamnese sowie weiterer pflegerelevanter Daten
  • Planen, Koordinieren und Umsetzen individueller Pflege- und Behandlungsmassnahmen in komplexen Versorgungssituationen
  • Überwachen und Betreuen von Patientinnen und Patienten während komplexer Therapieverläufe sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit hämatologischen, onkologischen oder nephrologischen Krankheitsbildern von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Therapie- und Überwachungssituationen
  • Interesse an einer evidenzbasierten Pflege sowie an der Betreuung komplexer Akuterkrankungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
