Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Du trägst dazu bei, die Pflegequalität situationsgerecht sicherzustellen und gehst dabei achtsam auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Patientinnen und Patienten ein
  • Du bringst Pflegequalität und individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer Patientinnen und Patienten in Einklang 
  • Du verantwortest den pflegediagnostischen Prozess (nach NANDA) und stellst eine strukturierte, fachlich fundierte Pflege sicher 
  • Du begleitest und förderst Auszubildende FaGe sowie Studierende HF in ihrem Lernprozess 
  • Du vertrittst den Pflegedienst aktiv im interprofessionellen Team 
  • Es gibt zwei Schichten und keinen Nachtdienst

Dein Profil: ###

  • Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung im Akutspital oder in der Rehabilitation 
  • Eine offene, lösungsorientierte und initiative Arbeitsweise 
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
