Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Sicherstellen einer qualitativ hochstehenden und an den Bedürfnissen der Patientinnen und Patienten ausgerichteten Pflege in der Notfallstation
  • Selbständige Einleitung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Massnahmen gemäss Richtlinien und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärzten
  • Anlegen von Gipsverbänden (posttraumatisch)

Ihr Profil ###

  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit ausgewiesener Notfallerfahrung (mit dem Ziel, die Ausbildung Expertin/Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF zu absolvieren)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige, fachkompetente und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeiten ###

Die betriebliche Normalarbeitszeit beträgt bei einem Vollzeitpensum 42 Stunden pro Woche (ausgenommen Ärzte). Es gilt die Jahresarbeitszeit, welche eine möglichst hohe Flexibilität bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitszeit gewährleistet. Dienstwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit umgesetzt und Teilzeitbeschäftigung ist in vielen Funktionen möglich - auch in Führungspositionen.

Ihre persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung ist uns wichtig. Wir unterstützen die Teilnahme an internen und externen Fort- und Weiterbildungen durch grosszügige Beteiligung in Form von Arbeitszeit und/oder Kurskosten.

Ihr Gehalt versichern wir bei der Pensionskasse Profond ohne Koordinationsabzug (ausgenommen Ärzte). Die Löhne der Ärztinnen und Ärzte sind bei der Vorsorgestiftung VSAO versichert.
