Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF oder FH 70% =====================================================

Aufgaben

  • Umfassende Pflege und Betreuung von alterspsychiatrischen Patientinnen und Patienten mit einer Demenzdiagnose im akutpsychiatrischen Setting
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung des alterspsychiatrischen Pflegeprozesses
  • Handeln in psychiatrischen und somatischen Notfallsituationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den intraprofessionellen Berufskollegen im Rahmen des Skill\-and\-Grade\-Mixes
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes HF\-Studium mit Berufserfahrung in der Alterspsychiatrie
  • Bei ausländischen Diplomen ist eine SRK\-Anerkennung erforderlich
  • Hohe Sozial\-/Persönlichkeitskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Veränderungsprozesse mitzutragen, sich auf Neues einzulassen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Flexibilität bei der Dienstplanung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und PC\-Kenntnisse
  • CAS in Gerontologie oder die Bereitschaft, einen solchen zu absolvieren
