In unserem dynamischen Mitarbeiterpool bieten wir rund 20 engagierten Fachkräften die Möglichkeit, abwechselnd auf verschiedenen stationären Pflegeabteilungen zum Einsatz zu kommen. Diese abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit ermöglicht es Ihnen, wertvolle Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen zu sammeln und Ihre fachliche Expertise stetig weiterzuentwickeln. Der Schwerpunkt der stationären Abteilungen liegt in der Akutgeriatrie, der Rehabilitation sowie in spezialisierten Bereichen wie der Alterspsychiatrie und den geschlossenen Abteilungen für DU/MIBS.

Ihre Tätigkeiten ##

  • Ableiten des individuellen Pflegebedarfs bzw. der Pflegeziele innerhalb des gesamten Pflegeprozesses, festlegen von Massnahme Plänen, umsetzen der geplanten Massnahmen mit Unterstützung der FaGe und PA und kontinuierliches evaluieren des Gesamtprozesses
  • Unterstützen und beraten von Patientinnen, Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen in komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Umsetzen hausinterner Qualitätsstandards und Richtlinien und mitarbeiten bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) im Rahmen von Lean-Management
  • Unterstützen der Berufsbildner in der Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden

Ihr Profil ##

  • Diplom in Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege HF, FH
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Akutmedizin und Rehabilitation
  • Kommunikative und selbständige Persönlichkeit, die Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hat, gerne in einem multidisziplinären Team arbeitet und eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit schätzt
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, Konfliktfähigkeit und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
  • Hohes Engagement und hohe Belastbarkeit
