The posting

Die Stroke Unit ist ein Bereich, in dem pflegerische Präzision und rasches Handeln über den Behandlungserfolg mitentscheiden. In Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit vertiefter Erfahrung im Bereich Stroke Unit im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. In einem universitären Akutspital begleiten Sie Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen neurologischen Erkrankungen professionell und bringen Ihre pflegerische Fachkompetenz gezielt ein.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser spezialisierten Aufgabe

  • Direkte Pflege und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit akuten Schlaganfall- und neurologischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Betreuung komplexer Pflegesituationen im IMC-nahen Setting
  • Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung einer evidenzbasierten und qualitativ hochstehenden Pflege
  • Koordination des Patientenprozesses in enger interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung des Pflegeteams in komplexen Situationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Leitlinien und Pflegeprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn bzw. DGKP
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege, idealerweise im Bereich Neurologie, Stroke-Unit oder IMC
  • Pflegefachspezifische Weiterbildung wie IMC-Kurs, CAS, DAS oder NDS von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Sehr gute klinische Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie hohe fachliche Kompetenz
  • Erfahrung in Beratung, Coaching und fachlicher Begleitung von Pflegefachpersonen
