Als Kompetenzzentrum für die Pflege und Betreuung von betagten Menschen sowie jungen Erwachsenen begleiten wir rund 165 Bewohnende mit Fachkompetenz, Respekt und Engagement. Unsere Institution vereint zwei Häuser mit vier spezialisierten geriatrischen und zwei geschützten Abteilungen sowie dem Atrium – einem einzigartigen Angebot für junge Erwachsene. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH im Nachtdienst (m/w/d) 50 \- 100% Baar, Landhausstrasse 17/19 Festanstellung Deine Aufgaben Du gewährleistest in der Nacht eine bedürfnisorientierte, professionelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohnenden. Dabei erkennst du ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und wirkst aktiv im Pflegeprozess mit. Übernahme der Fachverantwortung für den Pflege\- und Betreuungsprozess. Als Ansprechperson für Bewohnende und Angehörige stehst du bei Fragen und Anliegen unterstützend zur Verfügung. Die Pflegedokumentation gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Dein hauptsächlicher Einsatzbereich ist die Abteilung Atrium. Du bringst mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohnenden. Offenheit für Neues und Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten und motivierten Team. Ein hohes Bewusstsein für die Autonomie und das Wohlbefinden der Bewohnenden als zentrale Haltung im Alltag.
