Hier begleiten wir Menschen in psychischen Krisen, beraten Angehörige sowie Fachpersonen und sorgen mit einer fundierten Einschätzung für eine passende und zeitnahe Weiterbehandlung. Aufgabengebiet

Du bringst Ruhe und Struktur in dynamische Situationen, priorisierst sicher und handelst fachlich fundiert. Im Austausch mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Pflege, Sozialdienst sowie Partnern im Netzwerk gestaltest du Erstkontakte verbindlich und wertschätzend, auch wenn es schnell gehen muss.

  • Telefonische und persönliche Erstkontakte sowie Beratung von Betroffenen, Angehörigen und Fachpersonen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Erstabklärungen, Notfallgesprächen und Kriseninterventionen - bei Bedarf auch aufsuchend
  • riage in die Angebote des Psychiatrischen Dienstes sowie Organisation einer bedarfsgerechten und tragfähigen Weiterbehandlung
  • Aktive Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit Zuweisenden, Behörden und weiteren Partnern des psychosozialen Versorgungssystems im Emmental

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson Psychiatrie HF/FH
  • Mindestens zwei Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie, vorzugsweise im stationären Setting
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, in komplexen und dynamischen Situationen sicher zu priorisieren und verantwortungsvoll Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Hohe Reflexionsfähigkeit, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft, das eigene Handeln kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und sich konstruktiv im interprofessionellen Austausch einzubringen
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit und einem wertschätzenden Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten, Angehörigen sowie Netzwerkpartnern
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen
  • Recovery-orientierte Grundhaltung und Interesse an vernetzter, systemischer Zusammenarbeit
