Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit stehen die Bezugspersonenpflege, die Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität sowie eine professionelle interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Wir begleiten ältere Menschen mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen in akuten und komplexen Lebenssituationen und schaffen gemeinsam mit ihnen Perspektiven für den Alltag.

Für unsere offen geführte stationäre Alterspsychiatrie mit 17 Betten am Standort Burgdorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und fachlich versierte

Aufgabengebiet

  • Ressourcen\- und personenzentrierte Pflege und Begleitung von lebenserfahrenen Menschen.
  • Unterstützung und Erhalt der Selbstständigkeit sowie Förderung der Alltagskompetenzen unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Mitwirken bei Therapeutischen Gruppenangeboten
  • Krisenintervention und Unterstützung in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Interprofessionelle Behandlungsplanung sowie Bezugspersonenpflege
  • Früherkennung von somatischen Zustandsveränderungen sowie Einleitung entsprechender pflegerischer Massnahmen

Profil

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Interesse an psychiatrischer Pflege und der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie oder Alterspsychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Gestaltung therapeutischer Beziehungen im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenpflege
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und reflektierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Belastbare, flexible und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
