**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du begleitest, förderst und unterstützt unsere Lernenden und Studierenden im Pflegealltag und gestaltest ihre Ausbildung aktiv mit * Du betreust und begleitest Wöchnerinnen, Neugeborene sowie gynäkologische Patientinnen professionell, individuell und mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen * Du unterstützt Familien in ihren ersten gemeinsamen Tagen und schaffst Sicherheit und Vertrauen * Du setzt ärztliche Verordnungen um und wirkst bei diagnostischen, therapeutischen und präventiven Massnahmen mit * Du bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv in den Pflegealltag ein und übernimmst Verantwortung in der klinischen Entscheidungsfindung

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH * Erfahrung im Wochenbett und in der Gynäkologie * Interesse an der Berufsbildung und Bereitschaft, den Berufsbildnerkurs zu absolvieren (falls noch nicht vorhanden) * Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und junge Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten * Deine empathische, offene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit zeichnet dich aus * Wertschätzende Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe sind für dich selbstverständlich
