VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous accompagnez, encouragez et soutenez nos apprentis et étudiants dans le quotidien des soins et participez activement à leur formation
  • Vous prenez en charge et accompagnez les femmes en postnatal, les nouveau-nés ainsi que les patientes gynécologiques de manière professionnelle, individuelle et avec beaucoup d-empathie
  • Vous soutenez les familles dans leurs premiers jours ensemble et créez sécurité et confiance
  • Vous appliquez les prescriptions médicales et participez aux mesures diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et préventives
  • Vous apportez activement votre expertise dans le quotidien des soins et assumez la responsabilité dans la prise de décision clinique

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation d-infirmière diplômée HF/FH
  • Expérience en postnatal et en gynécologie
  • Intérêt pour la formation professionnelle et volonté de suivre le cours de formateur professionnel (si non encore obtenu)
  • Joie de transmettre des connaissances et d-accompagner les jeunes dans leur développement
  • Votre personnalité empathique, ouverte et fiable vous caractérise
  • Une communication respectueuse et une collaboration sur un pied d-égalité sont pour vous une évidence
