Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du stellst eine fachgerechte Pflege, Betreuung oder Behandlung entsprechend deiner Funktion und Kompetenzen sicher
  • Du arbeitest interprofessionell mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung des Hauses zusammen und du entwickelst die Organisation des Nachtdienstes weiter
  • Den Rekrutierungsprozess fachlich zu unterstützen und neue Mitarbeitende strukturiert einzuführen

Dein Profil ##

  • Diplomierte Pflegefachperson (HF, FH oder gleichwertig) mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Abteilungsleitung mit
  • Erfahrung im Nachtdienst
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Langzeitpflege
  • Du verfügst über fundiertes, aktuelles Fachwissen und setzt Pflegeprozesse sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation sicher und profssionell um
