Pflegefachperson als Stv. Abteilungsleitung 80-100%. Sie möchten neben Ihrer pflegerischen Tätigkeit mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv bei der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung einer Abteilung mitwirken? Dann bietet Ihnen diese Position eine spannende Kombination aus Pflege, Koordination und Führungsverantwortung. Das erwartet Sie Freuen Sie sich auf eine abwechslungsreiche Position, in der Sie Ihre pflegerische Erfahrung mit ersten bzw. bestehenden Führungsaufgaben verbinden können. Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und die Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung aktiv mitzugestalten.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende anerkannte Ausbildung.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich mit.
  • Sie interessieren sich für Führungsaufgaben und möchten sich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln.
  • Eine bereits absolvierte Führungsausbildung ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Die Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung bringen Sie mit.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick und können Entscheidungen treffen.
  • Sie schätzen die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und bringen sich aktiv ins Team ein.
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb setzen wir voraus.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung bei personellen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit entsprechende Stellvertretungsaufgaben.
  • Sie koordinieren das Tagesgeschäft und tragen zu einem strukturierten und reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Abteilung bei.
  • Sie betreuen und pflegen Patientinnen und Patienten auch in komplexeren Situationen und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen.
  • Sie wirken bei der Personaleinsatzplanung sowie bei organisatorischen Fragestellungen mit.
  • Sie begleiten neue Mitarbeitende bei der Einführung und unterstützen eine positive Teamentwicklung.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung sowie in interne Projekte ein.
  • Sie fördern eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team und unterstützen Lernende und Studierende im Berufsalltag.
