Für unseren Pool im Akutbereich suchen wir eine engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, die flexibel in folgenden Fachbereichen eingesetzt werden kann:

  • Viszeralchirurgie
  • Thoraxchirurgie
  • Kardiologie

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in den erwähnten Fachbereichen im Akutbereich
  • Offene, motivierte und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit, die ein bestehendes Team tatkräftig unterstützen möchte
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Spontaneinsätzen
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflege und Betreuung unterschiedlicher Patientengruppen im Akutbereich
  • Sie gestalten und dokumentieren den Pflegeprozess gemäss den aktuellen Qualitätsstandards
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit ÄrztInnen, TherapeutInnen und anderen Fachpersonen
