Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Offene, motivierte und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit, die ein bestehendes Team tatkräftig unterstützen möchte
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Spontaneinsätzen
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen die Pflege und Betreuung unterschiedlicher Patientengruppen sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Sie gestalten und dokumentieren den Pflegeprozess gemäß den aktuellen Qualitätsstandards
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und anderen Fachpersonen
