In der Pflegewohngruppe Pöstli leben bis zu 12 ältere Menschen in einem familiären, überschaubaren Umfeld im idyllisch gelegenen Vorderthal. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner leben in der grosszügig und wohnlich gestalteten Wohngruppe, teilen ihren Alltag und unterstützen sich gegenseitig.

Rund um die Uhr stellen Pflegefachpersonen eine individuelle und umfassende Pflege und Betreuung bis zur höchsten Pflegestufe sicher. Du arbeitest nah am Menschen, mit Verantwortung, Übersicht und Zeit für Beziehung und Qualität.

Deine Aufgabe

Als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF übernimmst du Verantwortung für eine ganzheitliche, bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung und bringst deine Fachkompetenz aktiv ins Team ein.

Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Ganzheitliche, bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung unter Berücksichtigung von Teilhabe und Selbstwirksamkeit
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Pflegealltag sowie lösungsorientiertes Mitdenken im Team
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung im Tagesverlauf
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Pflege
  • Übernahme von einzelnen Nachtdiensten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachpersonen im Team

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und stabiles, praxisnahes Pflegefachwissen, Empathie, Offenheit, Flexibilität und Freude an kreativer Alltagsgestaltung
  • Interesse an einer breiten, ganzheitlichen Aufgabe, die Pflege und Alltag verbindet sowie Freude daran, Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in Aktivitäten einzubeziehen

Dich erwartet eine verantwortungsvolle, vielseitige Aufgabe mit Fokus auf Normalität und Teilhabe, in der du den Alltag gemeinsam mit einem kleinen, eingespielten Team aktiv mitgestaltest. Ergänzt wird das durch fachliche Unterstützung via Kinästhetik, attraktive und familienfreundliche Anstellungsbedingungen sowie echte Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
