Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF Von Vorteil: Spitex-Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in interRAI-HC Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten und am Kontakt mit Menschen Teamgeist, Flexibilität und eine positive Grundhaltung Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie mit uns eine Pflege, die professionell, menschlich und nah an den Bedürfnissen unserer Klientinnen und Klienten ist.
