Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:  Verrichtung umfassender Pflegemassnahmen in komplexen Klientensituationen Sicherstellung einer guten Pflegequalität unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsvorgaben Verantwortung für aussagekräftige und angemessene Pflegedokumentationen Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess inklusive Bedarfsabklärungen mit interRAI Sicherstellung eines sinnvollen Informationsflusses gegenüber Vorgesetzten, Mitarbeitenden und anderen Diensten Gesprächsführung mit Hausärzten, Angehörigen und Spitälern Verantwortlich für eine korrekte elektronische Leistungserfassung Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung Verantwortlich für den kompetenzgerechten Einsatz sowie das Anleiten und Überwachen von Mitarbeitenden Mitwirkung bei interbetrieblichen Massnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz Kontrolle Wundstaten Betreuung, Beratung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden als WEX Wir wünschen uns von Dir: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN2, AKP (weitere Ausbildungen wünschenswert z.B.
