Anforderungsprofil ##

  • In der Schweiz abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Berufsbildungssystems
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden in Ausbildung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Mitarbeit in der Berufsbildung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden in Ausbildung
  • Ansprechperson für Angehörige
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen
