Vos responsabilités ##

  • Assurer et garantir les soins médicaux de base aux demandeurs d-asile dans le centre en tenant compte des directives existantes (BEKO, manuel SEM - accès aux soins médicaux des DA et procédures au BAZ, guide de gestion des médicaments, manuel BAG gestion des épidémies et processus ORS)
  • Diriger et organiser un triage efficace selon l-urgence et la gravité, puis coordonner avec les organisations médicales (urgence, organisations de secours, médecins, dentistes)
  • Effectuer les premiers soins médicaux en cas d-urgence, les soins infirmiers et les mesures prescrites par le médecin
  • Organiser, conseiller et parfois réaliser personnellement des formations régulières pour les encadrants non médicaux/la direction du centre dans le domaine des soins médicaux de base/procédures en cas d-urgence et prévention
  • Assurer les contacts et le flux d-informations avec les médecins, les centres de conseil et autres professionnels
  • Garantir la permanence de la consultation quotidienne
  • Assumer la responsabilité des soins et de la gestion des dossiers médicaux

Votre profil ##

  • Formation tertiaire : examen professionnel fédéral (diplôme fédéral) ou équivalent (par ex. diplôme HF)
  • Infirmier diplômé HF / FH
  • Plus de 2 ans d-expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Esprit d-équipe, grande compétence sociale et sens des responsabilités
  • Sang-froid face aux situations difficiles et ouverture aux différentes cultures
  • Talent d-organisation et capacité de planification
  • Connaissances de base et utilisateur des applications MS Office
  • Casier judiciaire vierge (aucune inscription au registre des poursuites et au casier judiciaire)
  • Allemand | oral : C1 | écrit : C1
  • Français | oral : B1 | écrit : B1 (un atout)
  • Anglais | oral : B1 | écrit : B1
