Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF als Leitung Nachtwache (60 %)

Ihre Aufgaben ➢ Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Führung des Nachtwachen-Teams mit Fokus auf Pflegequalität, Teamstabilität und Prozesssicherheit ➢ Sie stellen eine bedarfsgerechte, professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden während der Nacht sicher und übernehmen die Tagesverantwortung während der Nacht ➢ Sie organisieren und koordinieren die Nachtwachen und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Pflegedienstleitung sowie den Teams des Tag- und Spätdienstes zusammen ➢ Sie führen Mitarbeitenden- und Entwicklungsgespräche und wirken bei personellen Klärungen mit ➢ Sie unterstützen den Rekrutierungsprozess fachlich und führen neue Mitarbeitende strukturiert ein ➢ Sie beraten Mitarbeitende in komplexen Pflegesituationen, leisten situatives Coaching und wirken bei Bedarf in der direkten Pflege mit ➢ Sie stellen eine wirtschaftliche und qualitätsgesicherte Leistungserbringung inklusive korrekter Dokumentation sicher und setzen die Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben um ➢ Sie entwickeln die Organisation des Nachtdienstes aktiv weiter und wirken in Projekten mit oder leiten diese

Ihr Profil ➢ Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP oder Bachelor Pflege FH bzw. gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung ➢ Erfahrung in leitender Position von Vorteil ➢ Vertiefte Fachkenntnis in der Langzeitpflege ➢ Sie erkennen strukturelle Verbesserungspotenziale im Nachtdienst und bringen diese aktiv ein ➢ Ressourcenorientierte, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise ➢ Flexibel, motiviert, teamfähig und belastbar ➢ Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
