Für eine etablierte Spitex-Organisation im Raum Bern suchen wir per August/September oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF als Palliativ Expert/in. Sie möchten Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich Palliative Care in eine vielseitige und entwicklungsfähige Funktion einbringen? Dann erwartet Sie eine spannende Möglichkeit mit fachlichem Gestaltungsspielraum und der Chance, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv mitzuprägen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Palliative Care
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an konzeptioneller Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflege und Begleitung von Klient:innen in palliativen Situationen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinären Fachpersonen
  • Fachliche Mitwirkung beim Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung des palliativen Angebots
  • Förderung von Qualität und Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams
  • Mitarbeit im operativen Pflegealltag der Spitex
