Das bewirken Sie bei uns Sie übernehmen die kompetente, bewohnerzentrierte Pflege und Begleitung unserer Bewohnenden Sie gestalten den gesamten Pflegeprozess mit Hilfe des RAI\-Systems in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten, etc. Sie sind Bezugsperson für Bewohnende und deren Angehörige und führen in diesem Zusammenhang regelässig Gespräche durch Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen aktiv mit ein \- sei es bei Rapporten, Sitzungen oder in Projekten. So entwickeln wir gemeinsam die Demenzpflege weiter Das bringen Sie mit Ausbildung zur Dipl.
